I enjoyed the public bath, the convenience store on site. The location and the free parking was a real blessing. Nice city, friendly people, the hotel is a bit old but the room was larger than the room you get in more modern hotel. Awesome for people who enjoy Showa still accommodations.I would definitely stay rhere again

great breakfast with lots of options. Good, comfortable rooms with good water pressure. Good ofuro at the facility. Fast and reliable staff. Location was also great with many modern places to go to within walking distance.

Loved that parking was included. The facilities were very clean, convenience store and restaurants right on sight for convenience.

Location was good, close to railway station and car hire. Very good Onsen and the buffet breakfast was great. Only 30minutes to Zao Onsen ski resort.

The bed was bigger than it normally is in single rooms. I think it was clean. It has hot springs even though it is outside the hotel.
